Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing our service delivery on the Practice platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision, strategies, and architecture for our development team.
- Design, implement, deploy, and enhance robust software solutions that are highly scalable.
- Tackle a variety of technical challenges in back-end engineering and user interface development.
- Take initiative in developing technical solutions for various services that support Practice.
- Automate build processes to ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and extensibility.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in system architecture and design, focusing on reliability and scalability.
- At least 3 years of programming experience in modern languages such as Rust, Go, Java, C++, or C#, with a strong foundation in both functional and object-oriented design.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a mentoring or leadership role within an engineering team.
