Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flat Roofer to join our team at G&G Roofing Ltd. As a Flat Roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of roofing systems, including built-up roofing systems and single-ply roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel, and repair roofing systems as needed.
  • Sheet Metal Work: Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools, and install sheet metal flashings.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials for roofing projects, and plan and coordinate the installation of roofing systems.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Ensure a safe working environment by erecting and installing scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, and perform routine maintenance on roofing systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in roofing.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
