Position Overview

Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. is seeking a skilled ERP Solutions Analyst to enhance our dynamic Technology team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Manager of ERP Solutions to support the design, configuration, and user assistance for ERP systems across Auxly and its subsidiaries.
  • Engage with stakeholders in quality assurance, finance, and operations to identify and resolve potential technology challenges.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders through both written and verbal channels to ensure timely resolution of support issues and project tasks.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies, and document results as necessary.
  • Provide light programming and technical configuration for ERP solutions.
  • Deliver training sessions for business users regarding system functionalities.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in ERP administration, implementation, design, configuration, testing, and training.
  • Proficiency in Sage X3, SQL, and Crystal Reports.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with internal clients.
