At Orangetheory Fitness 10057, we're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accommodate all clients with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
- Promote the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested clients
- Work at the front desk, responding to phone calls and interacting with members, among other tasks
- Conduct guided studio tours
- Collaborate with trainers to guide new clients during their first Orangetheory Fitness session
- Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
- Follow up with potential clients
- Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner to resolve them
- Participate in marketing and awareness events
- Ensure all studio areas are clean and organized
