Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Work Schedule: This is a permanent position requiring 37.5 hours of work per week.
Core Duties
  • Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for food services.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports to management.
