Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
Work Environment
  • Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment in an urban area
Financial Oversight
  • Budget Responsibility: $4,000,001 - $8,000,000
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and establish major departments along with senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate operations across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set organizational objectives and approve relevant policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, creating optimal working conditions.
Supervisory Role
  • Manage a team of more than 20 personnel.
Technical Proficiency
  • Knowledge of Database management and Inventory Control Software.
  • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Specialization
  • Expertise in Operations Management.
Security Requirements
  • Must be bondable and possess secret clearance.
  • Criminal record check is mandatory.
