About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Wurth Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a strategic role in driving business results through effective HR practices and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct HR-related research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Provide HR support to employees, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with 5 years of experience in a leadership or advisory role.
  • Proven track record of success in HR, including experience in recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
