We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at Delta Construction and Siding Ltd. as a key member of our exterior installation team.
Key Responsibilities- Install exterior prefabricated siding products, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Repair and service exterior prefabricated siding products, addressing any issues or defects.
- Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for each project, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
- Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate placement and alignment.
- Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including scaffolding and working platforms, to complete installations.
- Clean and maintain the work area, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in exterior installation or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, and in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
