About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at Roni Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, repairing and servicing existing products, and determining layout and installation procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including siding and roofing materials
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for each project
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including hand and power tools
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as needed
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the construction industry, particularly in siding and roofing
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
