We are seeking a full-time pedagogical counselor to provide essential support to educational personnel, including teachers, school professionals, and external collaborators. This role is pivotal in enhancing the educational experience within correctional institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist pedagogical counselors and subject matter experts from partner organizations;
  • Evaluate educational requirements within correctional facilities to customize support services;
  • Conduct training sessions, both in-person and online, for pedagogical counselors and subject matter experts as needed;
  • Organize and lead pedagogical networking events.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • A university degree in a relevant discipline, especially in education;
  • Valid teaching certification.
Preferred:
  • Bilingual proficiency;
  • Experience in correctional environments;
  • Ability to work within Quebec penitentiaries;
  • Government of Canada reliability clearance;
  • Possession of a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
