Our client, Intellex Systems, is seeking a ServiceNow Functional Analyst to contribute to a significant project.
The selected Consultant will deliver Functional Analysis, Configuration, and Development services. This position demands a skilled professional with a robust background in these areas, who comprehends business workflows, can facilitate discussions with both business and IT teams, extract requirements, design and propose solutions, and has practical experience in implementing configuration modifications. Additionally, the ability to accurately document processes and conduct knowledge transfer to team members is essential.
This role operates in a hybrid environment, and the individual will be accountable for any travel or related expenses incurred while executing services.
Key Qualifications
- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer and System Administrator
- In-depth expertise in the ServiceNow ITSM platform and service management modules
- Proven experience with 3-5 major ServiceNow implementations
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze specifications for configuration and development modifications, create test scripts, execute configuration changes, conduct testing, and manage documentation and other software lifecycle tasks
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices, including requirements tracing and validation during testing
- Good experience as a functional analyst with application integrations and comprehensive use cases for system integration
- Proficient in conducting requirements gathering sessions and documenting outcomes clearly
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proactively suggesting improvements and solutions that incorporate process automation
- Demonstrated experience in creating user stories, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and data mappings
- Familiarity with user interface (UI) design
- Experience working within Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of full lifecycle application development
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Skilled in addressing a wide range of inquiries and responding appropriately
- Experienced in managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed, proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Public Sector experience is preferred
