- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our service standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of our kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Supply Chain Management: Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to support our menu offerings.
- Financial Management: Manage our kitchen budget and ensure that we are operating within our financial targets.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong understanding of culinary principles and practices is essential.
- Experience: Experience in a senior culinary role is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in our kitchen, and proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 32-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
