Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet production schedules and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies, ensuring effective resource allocation and minimizing waste.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for kitchen operations and budgeting.
- Prepare and review food order summaries for the chef, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of menu items.
- Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
- Lead a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success and growth.
- Offer mentorship and coaching opportunities to staff members, promoting career development and advancement.
- Work Term: Permanent

- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
