Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ready-Mix Truck Driver to join our team at Wild Rose Ready Mix Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Ready-Mix Concrete Truck: Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload goods from the truck, ensuring accurate and safe handling of materials.
  • Inspect Vehicle: Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, performing pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, including checking tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage.
  • Communicate with Dispatch: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Mix and Pour Concrete: Mix and pour concrete materials, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Driver's License (Class 1 or A) and Driver's License (Class 3 or D).
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring attention to detail, handling heavy loads, and working in various locations.
