Thales Canada est à la recherche d'un Product Owner expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe de développement de solutions innovantes. Le candidat idéal possèdera une solide compréhension de l'architecture logicielle et de la conception de solutions logicielles.

Responsabilités
  • Définition des Plans et Devis : Le Product Owner définira le plan de travail composé de récits utilisateurs qu'il écrira et priorisera dans un « backlog » de travail pouvant être multi-projets.
  • Conception Logicielle : Le Product Owner agira comme architecte fonctionnel dans l'équipe et définira comment les différentes fonctions du système se connectent entre elles pour créer de la valeur.
  • Validation de la Qualité : Le Product Owner validera la qualité du travail de l'équipe dans les revues de sprints, où il testera et exécutera des scénarios d'essais du système.
  • Participation à des Réunions d'Équipe : Le Product Owner participera à des réunions d'équipe (planification et revue de sprint, répartition des tâches, rétrospective avec l'équipe).
  • Communication avec les Intervenants : Le Product Owner communiquera avec les différents intervenants en lien avec les projets afin de tenir compte des enjeux pouvant impacter les priorités des projets et les livrables.
Qualifications
  • Baccalauréat en Informatique ou Domaine Connexe : Le candidat devra posséder un baccalauréat en informatique ou un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience Pertinente : Le candidat devra avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l'informatique.
  • Bonne Maîtrise du Français et de l'Anglais : Le candidat devra avoir une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, parlés et écrits.
  • Capacité d'Analyse Fonctionnelle : Le candidat devra avoir la capacité d'analyse fonctionnelle et de découpage en blocs de fonctionnalités.
