About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Total Site Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
