Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of our managerial policies and programs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Supervise a team of 1-2 staff members
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Train and develop staff members
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Manage knowledge and best practices
  • Offer mentoring and coaching to team members
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Working Conditions:
