Senior Software Engineer 2 - Unity Job Opportunity

About the Role:

Zynga Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer 2 to join our Unity team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing new and innovative features for our games using C# and Unity cross-platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new features for our games, ensuring high-quality performance, reliability, and measurability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PM, UI/UX, Art, and QA, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Manage small pods and lead junior engineers as a direct manager, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Unity tools and technologies, and apply them to improve game performance and player experience.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in C#, C++, Unity, or other game development engines.
  • Experience in managing small teams and leading junior engineers.
  • Strong analytical, programming, and debugging skills.
  • Passion for game development and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
