Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary:
TOTEM Recruteur de talent is seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for administrative support staff and other positions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
- Build and maintain a database of candidates and conduct headhunting activities;
- Prepare and present job offers to candidates and finalize hiring decisions;
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and labor laws;
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement recruitment projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources (or equivalent);
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or a related field;
- Excellent proficiency in English and French;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment software;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
