Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Entire Recruitment Cycle, from Sourcing to Hiring
  • Search and Select Candidates (Sourcing; Selection Interviews; Background Checks; Salary Negotiation; Integration Follow-up, etc.)
  • Maintain Close Relationships with Clients and Candidates, Accompanying Them in Their Recruitment Processes
  • Develop and Grow a Client Portfolio
  • Handle Incoming Calls from New Clients
  • Launch Various Sales Campaigns and Activities to Acquire New Clients
  • Negotiate Commercial Terms
  • Manage Client Relationships and Retain Your Portfolio

Your Profile

  • University Education
  • 2 to 5 Years of Experience in B2B Sales and Customer Service
  • Experience in Recruitment, a Significant Asset
