Job Summary:

At BRIO, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality-related work and data statistical analysis. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality-related work and data statistical analysis of new project stages, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Analyze and improve internal quality abnormalities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain internal quality inspection standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate quality communication between the company and customers, handling customer-reported issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement plans to continuously improve product quality, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the leader, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

  • More than two years of work experience in electronics manufacturing, with a strong understanding of PCB and PCBA inspection standards.
  • Familiarity with quality statistics and the ability to analyze data to inform quality decisions.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong learning ability, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Computer/electronics-related majors are preferred, but not required.
