About the Role

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation of COTS solutions and the development of robust, enterprise-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis efforts for COTS implementations and enterprise-scale applications.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide expert-level support for Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • At least 7 years of business analysis experience, including project experience in COTS implementations and enterprise-scale applications.
  • Demonstrated business analysis experience and expertise.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience working in records management is highly desirable.
  • Professional designation in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) from the IIBA or PMI is an asset.
