- Document and label orders correctly, interpreting and understanding documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, and operating material handling equipment safely.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
