Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Shyam Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced personnel.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and structures, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, adhering to environmental regulations.
  • Tend or feed machines and equipment used in construction, following manufacturer instructions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Hardworking and dedicated to meeting project deadlines.
Work Environment

Our construction sites are located at various locations, and you will be required to travel to these sites as needed. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.
