Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Royal Express Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of drywall, site preparation, and general labor tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding work
  • Tight deadlines
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Overtime required
Work Environment

Work will be performed outdoors in various locations, with exposure to dust and other environmental factors.

Language and Hours

English is the primary language of communication, and the workweek is 35-40 hours.
