  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers, fostering their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Cultivate a warm and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged to express themselves freely.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and potential areas requiring additional support or intervention.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe learning environment for all children at all times.
  • Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in early childhood education.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to the overall success of our program.
Required Skills:
  • Valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification, Level 3.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm in planning and delivering educational activities that are both stimulating and enjoyable for toddlers.
  • A comprehensive understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • The ability to adapt your teaching approach to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each child.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to support children's social and emotional development.
  • First Aid and CPR certification required.
  • CRC/VSC required.
