Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the internal project design team(s)
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations
- Facilitate effective communication between design and construction leadership
- Update clients and permitting agencies on project design and performance
- Coordinate technical details across various engineering disciplines
- Support construction priorities and ensure their integration into design
- Plan and communicate resource needs for Kiewit Engineering
- Manage and analyze data for multiple projects
- Ensure adherence to project engineering schedules and budgets
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Consolidate best practices from project execution

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience
- Ability to mentor technical staff and cultivate a collaborative environment
- Proficient in following oral and written instructions, including safety protocols
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
