Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and engage in conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Merchandise Management: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and assist customers in selecting the right merchandise.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Store Display: Assist in the display and merchandising of products to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
Work Environment

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift merchandise as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
