Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sell merchandise and promote our products to customers.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock management.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve business objectives.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
