Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Inventory Control: Track and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, ensuring seamless communication and execution of supply chain processes.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform routine administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Warehouse Management: Organize and maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in database software, inventory control software, and MS Office.
  • Instrument Experience: Familiarity with hydraulic instruments.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, with a strong team player mentality.
