Job Title: Automotive Service Technician Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Service Technician Apprentice to join our team at Koch Ford Sales (Athabasca) Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist our experienced technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, while also learning the skills and knowledge required to become a certified automotive technician.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Learn and assist in performing repairs, such as brake pad replacements and suspension overhauls
  • Develop skills in using diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and repair vehicle problems
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Level three apprenticeship training
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
