Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician Apprentice to join our team at Koch Ford Sales (Athabasca) Ltd. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of tasks related to vehicle repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the diagnosis and repair of complex vehicle problems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Work with senior technicians to learn new skills and techniques
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Level three and four apprenticeship training
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
