About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Direct and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer service, and staff performance.
    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
