Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Spokesperson: Represent our organization in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Advise Clients: Provide guidance on advertising and sales promotion strategies.
  • Answer Inquiries: Respond to written and oral questions from clients.
  • Address Complaints: Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide Information: Answer client inquiries and provide information on our services.
  • Arrange Refunds: Process refunds and credits as needed.
  • Explain Services: Clearly explain the type and cost of services offered.
  • Issue Receipts: Provide receipts and other forms to clients.
  • Order Supplies: Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Perform General Office Duties: Assist with various office tasks.
  • Receive Payments: Handle client payments.
  • Maintain Database: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our digital database.
  • Consult with Clients: Provide ongoing support to clients after sales.
