Job Title: Hospitality Services, CMH Purcell

CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Services staff member to join our team at CMH Purcell Lodge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage cleaning responsibilities daily, ensuring the safe handling of cleaning products.
  • Execute the cleaning of all common areas of the lodge, including laundry, cleaning washrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning staff accommodation.
  • Provide a professional, highly organized, and detailed hospitality experience to guests upon their return from heli-skiing, including supporting the culinary program with serving, clearing, and cleaning.
  • Act as a leader within the hospitality department, taking initiative, supporting staff, and assisting the Lodge Manager with additional duties.
  • Support the ski program by assisting with radio duty and rescue response.
  • Willingness to assist other members of the lodge team as needed.
  • Help support implementation of CMH health and safety initiatives.
  • Help support implementation of CMH sustainability initiatives.
  • Train, participate in, and provide support during emergency response situations.
  • Support guests and employees in the field program during area visits, as needed.
Requirements:
  • First Aid Certificate, preferred.
  • Food Safe Certification.
  • Background in luxury hospitality or fine dining, preferred.

Work Environment:

  • This job is in Golden, BC. Employees are required to find their own accommodation and drive to the lodge 5 minutes from town for work shifts.
  • Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Manual dexterity to operate job-specific equipment on a constant basis.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business.
