Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary:
CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in aligning technology solutions with business strategies, gathering requirements from business units, and translating those to programmers and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.
- Support one or more highly complex business processes.
- Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
- Analyze complex situations and problems, and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions.
- Lead meetings, reviews, documentation, mapping existing requirements, gap analysis, and create/update process flows.
- Support Project Manager in various roles, including meeting minutes, updates to project schedules, and presentations.
- Possible UAT Lead, including document test plan, coordinate project schedule with testers, oversight of test execution, create/update testing execution reports, and manage variance/defect meetings.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years' experience required.
- Comfortable leading conversations with a big group of people.
- A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level.
- QA/tester experience, preferably as a QA tester or lead, with understanding of the testing lifecycle and experience leading UAT.
- Proactive and open to learning and new challenges.
Nice to Have Skills:
- SAP S/4 Hana experience.
- Some Project Management experience.
- FI experience.
Assignment Details:
Hybrid work arrangement in Toronto, ON.
