We are seeking a dedicated Dishwashing Associate to join our team at PUR & SIMPLE Breakfast & Lunch. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Education Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is preferred.
The position is based in a vibrant restaurant setting, where teamwork and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities- Thoroughly clean and sanitize various kitchen items, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Operate dishwashing machines to ensure all dishes, glassware, and flatware are washed effectively.
- Organize and place clean dishes in designated storage areas.
- Manually wash and sanitize dishes and other kitchen items as needed.
- Scrub and clean pots and pans to maintain high standards of hygiene.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Reliability and dependability
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive initiative
- A positive and upbeat attitude
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, with a preference for candidates who have 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
This is a permanent position requiring approximately 40 hours of work per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
