Position Overview

The General Manager at 3X Design Services plays a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its strategic goals. This position requires a strong educational background and substantial experience in management.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a managerial role
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and oversee the creation of major departments and senior staff roles.
  • Set clear objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the representative of the organization in negotiations and official engagements.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Conduct thorough performance evaluations.
  • Establish robust financial and administrative controls, oversee promotional strategies, and manage human resources planning.
