Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Nickel Bros. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and review production and other reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Train or arrange for training of construction staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Recommend personnel actions, such as promotions or disciplinary actions, to ensure the team is working effectively.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure construction projects are completed according to plan.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to ensure projects are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • High school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy, dusty, and at-heights environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership and guidance to construction staff.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
