Job Title: Carpenter Form Specialist

Uni-form Structures is seeking a skilled Carpenter Form Specialist to join our team. As a Carpenter Form Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing and installing forms for concrete foundations, walls, and other structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Prepare layouts and measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Schedule and coordinate work on sites, survey building locations, and levels
  • Instruct apprentices and supervise other workers
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy, dusty, and outdoors environments
  • Physical demands include bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, and working under tight deadlines
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel
  • Steel-toed safety boots and hard hat required
