Essential Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in Canada is required
  • Possession of a valid Canadian Driver's License
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written
  • Minimum of 1 year of Counterbalance Forklift experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, warehouse operations, and personnel leadership
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies
  • Excellent communication abilities and process management skills
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the organization and precision of inventory
  • Investigate and rectify shipment discrepancies
  • Address inquiries related to products and stock levels
  • Guide the team to achieve daily objectives and performance targets
  • Implement corrective actions and enhancements as necessary
  • Perform various warehouse duties and responsibilities as required
  • Issue purchase orders to third-party logistics providers and suppliers for warehouse necessities
  • Receive and process all expense-related purchase orders
  • Conduct inspections of warehouse operations and safety protocols
  • Foster a culture of safety in alignment with Company EHS standards
  • Maintain orderliness and cleanliness within the warehouse
  • Ensure adherence to corporate standards to prevent compliance issues during audits
  • Guarantee high levels of inventory accuracy within the warehouse
  • Analyze warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for performance enhancement and oversee projects at our facility.
