  • Contribute to roadmaps and create troubleshooting guides to assist in the transformation process, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the business impact of implemented solutions, providing data-driven insights.
  • Facilitate the integration of BIS services across different functions, ensuring smooth operations supported by BIS Applications and Infrastructure.
  • Prepare functional designs to enhance or develop standard BIS solutions and services, meeting business requirements.
  • Validate and evaluate BIS standard architecture and solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of BIS services, ensuring alignment with the broader objectives of Bombardier's S/4 transformation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on a deep understanding of business needs and technical possibilities, driving business growth.
  • Bilingualism is a definite asset, but not mandatory.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
