About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team at Ayache Construction Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Painting and Finishing: Mix paint to desired colour and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan and coordinate work schedules to ensure timely completion.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Setting: Work in various locations, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills.
