Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery and minimizing downtime.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, optimizing inventory management and reducing waste.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, exceeding customer expectations and promoting loyalty.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights for business improvement and decision-making.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- 1 to 2 people or 3-4 people under supervision
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
