We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appliance Service Technician to join our team at INTELBROS INC. as a key member of our service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough electrical tests using specialized equipment to diagnose and repair complex appliance issues.
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates of repair costs for clients.
- Plan and optimize service routes to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Utilize technical documentation and schematics to repair and replace faulty appliance components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced testing devices.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide range of electrical appliances and components.
- Provide exceptional customer service, advising clients on work performed and equipment condition.
- Operate and maintain specialized diagnostic and programming equipment to repair and adjust appliances.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Willingness to relocate for work assignments.
- Ability to travel for work-related purposes.
- Physically demanding work environment, requiring handling of heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent color vision and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Dependability, initiative, and a client-focused approach.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard 37.5 hours per week schedule. The work language is English.
