Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient care and provide basic supportive care as assigned, working under the general supervision of our Program Team Manager and Registered Nurses/RPNs.
  • Organize and prioritize assigned workload, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of patient care services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, using strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively as a team member, seeking assistance as needed to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving patients, and working in stressful environments.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a recognized Health Care Aide certificate program.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to interact well with others, including patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple demands.
