Position Overview:
We are seeking a proficient SMT Equipment Technician to operate during the Day Shift from Monday to Friday. Your primary duties will encompass configuring and managing sophisticated machinery, executing quality assessments, overseeing inventory, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate Auto-insertion and SMT machinery
- Perform quality assessments utilizing AOI and other inspection tools
- Accurately maintain machinery and PCB inventory
- Conduct visual inspections of processed circuit boards
- Utilize management software to track inventory
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with Auto-insertion and SMT equipment
- Capability to interpret work orders and adhere to instructions
- Familiarity with electronic components and assembly processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines
