Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. As the face of IT, you will act as a liaison between IT and end users, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical support-related issues via a ticketing system
  • Conduct research into application development issues and products
  • Work on complex assignments that require judgment, initiative, and specialized knowledge to identify, resolve, and recommend solutions to problems
  • Provide technical support of hardware and software
  • Ensure that incidents are handled in a timely manner and appropriate escalation is followed
  • Document existing and new systems and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or College Diploma in IT and related fields
  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, good listening skills, and the ability to gain customer confidence and trust
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Ability to handle multiple calls/tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of network printer installation, setup, and troubleshooting
  • Strong commitment to high-quality service, professionalism, and teamwork
  • Practical experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, client/server, remote tools, Windows 10/11, Server 2019, and Oracle Databases

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Associate, Bachelor's, or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT focus
