Farm Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at HIGH QUALITY DAILY FRESH PRODUCE LTD. As a key member of our agricultural operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm, ensuring the highest quality produce is harvested and delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial and production records to optimize farm efficiency and productivity.
- Provide expert agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and maintain quality control and production records to ensure the highest standards of quality.
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure optimal yields and quality.
- Hire and train staff to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform general farm duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the farm.
Our farm is located in a rural area, and the work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks. You will be required to work outdoors in a dusty, hot, and noisy environment, with exposure to odours and variable weather conditions.
Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in farm management or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
