Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Aditya Gaur. As a key member of our household support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to children in our care.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, while also teaching them important life skills.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them become confident and capable individuals.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all necessary safety protocols.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their cognitive and emotional development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring the children receive the best possible care.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, helping them develop healthy sleep habits.
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring their transportation needs are met.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a listening ear and a comforting presence.
  • Help children with homework, promoting their academic success and confidence.
Requirements
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
